We are pleased to be able to provide tent rentals for Pennsic. We appreciate your business at Pennsic 38.

Pennsic 39 runs from July 30, 2010 through August 15, 2010.

Tent setup is Saturday, July 31, 2010 and removal is Monday, August 16, 2010.

Details:

We rent tents on a "First come, first served" basis." We recommend that you place you order as soon as possible to ensure that the size and color you want is still available.

Most tents are available in Red & White, Blue & White, or Yellow & White striped as well as all white (for a small additional cost).

Many other sizes are also available. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

When reserving a tent, please provide the following information:

    Modern name under which items are being rented/purchased
    SCA name
    On-site contact person if different from above
    Cell phone number
    Group camping with
    Block number
    Your arrival date
 

There are new procedures for 2010 tent deliveries. You must fill out this form and submit it to OVC by July 27, 2010. Also:

You must ensure someone will be in camp to accept the delivery and discuss tent placement.

The OVC will not accept deliveries on your behalf.

Tents will not be set up in the absence of you or your named representative.
